Frederik complements the Vertaeon team with his expertise in Language AI models and complex systems analysis as Senior AI Engineer. Frederik is assistant professor of computational linguistics at the University of North Texas where he works on language AI and computational models for language evolution.

His expertise is in advanced methods of NLP using neural networks, simulations of complex systems, and Bayesian probabilistic inference.

He received his PhD from the University of Konstanz (Germany) and completed a Postdoc at the University of Tübingen (Germany), researching neural network approaches and agent-based models for population dynamics.
